EssayDew LLC is committed to fairness and transparency.

1. Student Services

• Payments for completed services are non-refundable

• Refunds may be issued if a service was not delivered as described

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

2. Institutional Services

• One-time training fees are refundable only if services have not commenced

• Subscription services may be canceled at any time; billing stops at the end of the current cycle

• No refunds for completed training sessions or delivered materials

3. Portal & Subscription Services

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance

• Partial-month refunds are not provided

• Institutions may request plan downgrades or cancellations before the next billing cycle

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
